🌀 Maintaining the body’s balance helps prevent future discomfort
“A fall, an injury or persistent muscle tension can be signs of physical imbalance. Paying attention to these signals helps to maintain mobility and long-term well-being.
The back, in particular, often reflects our postural habits and our level of tension. Careful observation and precise touch can help guide the body towards greater balance and comfort.”
“At Cruce de Arinaga, I work with people of all ages using OsteoShiatsu®, a gentle and holistic method that helps to release tension, reduce stress and improve physical well-being.”
My professional approach...
-
A clear objective: to provide significant relief from the very first session, aiming for a perceived improvement of at least 75%, depending on the individual case and the person.
(Every body reacts at its own pace, but the approach aims to bring about a sense of well-being right from the start.) -
A attentive approach and a clear focus, ensuring a precise technical solution that meets your current needs.
-
Identify areas of imbalance that may be causing your discomfort, taking into account your posture, your physical history and how you feel.
-
A transparent price with no hidden costs, regardless of the session’s duration (average duration: 60 minutes).
-
We may collaborate with other trusted practitioners who take a complementary approach, to provide more comprehensive support where necessary.
-
Ongoing research, informed by dialogue, training and practical experience, to enrich and refine my skills.
-
A relationship built on trust, listening and respect, designed to support your personal journey.
-
A practice inspired by Japanese traditions, which is subtle, precise and focused on harmonising the physical manifestations associated with one’s lifestyle.
My practice is based on an integrative approach, seamlessly and coherently combining various manual and energy-based techniques.
This complementary approach allows me to support each individual according to their current needs, whilst maintaining a clear focus on the areas of tension or imbalance they are experiencing.
During sessions, I may combine — depending on each individual’s sensitivity and receptiveness — techniques drawn from Shiatsu, Sôtai, micro-acupuncture, moxibustion (where appropriate) and Seifuku methods.
The aim is to promote overall bodily harmony, deep relaxation and a sense of fluidity in movement.
You might be pleasantly surprised by the effects you feel!
At the same time, I’ll guide you in observing and becoming more aware of your body’s patterns.
With my StM method, you’ll gradually be able to adjust your posture and daily habits, helping you to regain greater comfort, ease and balance in your everyday life.
📌 OsteoShiatsu® and related techniques are offered as part of a holistic approach to wellbeing and complementary support; they are not intended for medical purposes nor are they a substitute for medical care.
My Shiatsu aims to promote deep tissue relaxation and support greater ease of movement.
This approach helps to release accumulated tension and improve the sense of bodily fluidity, thereby creating conditions conducive to greater overall vitality.
Working on the back—often the source of postural imbalances—helps restore a sense of lightness, balance and overall well-being, by supporting the body’s natural self-regulation.

My OsteoShiatsu® Concept is a bodywork method that I have developed (since 2014) based on my experience in martial arts, Japanese manual techniques (Shiatsu, Seifuku, Sôtai) and postural analysis.
This original, non-medical approach aims to promote deep relaxation and improved bodily coherence by addressing areas of tension, postural imbalances and the natural breathing of the tissues.
It is inspired by the principles of joint and tissue harmonisation, without ever replacing medical or osteopathic care.
My work is often perceived as a form of energy healing or a traditional Japanese massage, as in Japan it forms part of a holistic mind-body approach.
I offer sessions in various locations: France, French Guiana, Gran Canaria (particularly in Cruce de Arinaga), and Hungary.
